Belinda was a great supporter during my time serving as Human Resources Coordinator. Belinda was instrumental in providing me with a sounding board for all Human Resources and Leadership matters. Her unique ability to recognise, understand, and explain complex business relationships developed my thinking, and most importantly, my actions. Belinda’s mentoring continued to make me a better person and leader in HR. Belinda did not hesitate to tactfully, but directly point out areas that I needed to consider in a different way or to use a different approach, and in return this gave me the confidence I need to be able to have HR recognised as an important part of the organisation. Belinda definitely left a positive mark on my career which at this time was only at the beginning stages. I see her as one of the contributors to the success that I enjoy as a Human Resources/Organisational Development professional today.
