As a a way of keeping good staff, building positive relationships and succession planning, OD Consulting Services was hired to create a new leadership framework for emerging leaders. The company is a medium sized retail company in the food industry. The new leadership program covers leadership capabilities expected of Retail Leaders and criteria for selecting staff with high performance and high potential. The program is innovative in that it cost effective utilising low cost online learning (Ed-X), Ted talks, Podcasts, peer mentoring and staff presentations to share and embed learning.
